MuraliKrishna Nethimihailu Pvt. Ltd. ("MK Sweets," "we," "us," or "our") provides website features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") to you when you visit or shop at www.mksweets.com (the "Website").

6. Risk of Loss 

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch. MK Sweets is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after the item has been handed over to the carrier.

 

7. Order Placement and Acceptance Acceptance

  • Acceptance: The contract between you and mksweets.com is completed only whenyour order is dispatched. We reserve the right to reject acceptance of any order due to reasons including (but not limited to) out-of-stock products, payment failure, or pricing errors.
  • Marketing Consent: By registering, you consent to receive marketing communications via SMS and WhatsApp. You may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions.

 

8. Pricing Policy 

  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are all-inclusive of applicable taxes, which will be highlighted after checkout.
  • If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you. You will have the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order for that item may be treated as canceled.

9. Product Availability / Information 

  1. All products are subject to availability.
  2. If an item is out of stock, delayed, or priced incorrectly, we will contact you. If an item must be substituted, it will be of equal or greater value and only made with your prior consent.
  3. IMPORTANT: During periods of significantly increased demand (e.g., festivals), there is an increased risk of items being out of stock.
