Cancellations & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an
order.

  • MuraliKrishna Nethimihailu Pvt. Ltd. will decide on cancellation based on the current order status.
  • Cancellation is not possible if the order has already been shipped, processed for dispatch, or if the products were obtained for special, limited-occasion offers (e.g., Diwali, Holi).

Order Amendment: To amend or modify order details, changes must be made online within 15 minutes of your order being placed.

 

2. Refund/Replacement Requests (Non-Damage) 

Requests will be considered only if made within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the item.

  • Approved Reasons: An incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad (perishable quality issue).
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer must provide adequate information (including photographs) to support the claim.
  • Exclusions: No refund or replacement will be approved if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks the quality is not satisfactory, provided the product is within its expiry date and is not spoiled.

3. Damaged Product Reporting 

In case of receipt of a damaged product, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. 

  • The Customer must provide adequate information (including photographs) for us to take the issue up with the Courier Company.
  • MuraliKrishna Nethimihailu Pvt. Ltd. will provide a refund or replacement upon positive verification of the damage.

 

4. Product Replacements and Refund Procedure

  • Replacement: The customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. If unavailable, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
  • Refund Policy: Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of MK Sweets.
    • Refunds will typically be provided as a store credit or coupon code, valid for 6 months, unless otherwise determined by MK Sweets.
    • MuraliKrishna Nethimihailu Pvt. Ltd. processes refunds internally within 2-4 business days of approval. The Payment Gateway partner advises a subsequent  processing time of 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect in the customer's account.
